What does resilienceflow® measure?

In other words, does a person tend to look on the ‘brighter side’ of a situation? Are they keen to learn and develop? Are they able to be emotionally detached and look at a task objectively?

Do they have a high regard for their own self worth? Are they able to endure and bounce back from difficult situations? How easily can they adjust to new circumstances? Do they seek improvement? Are they certain in their actions and can they articulate their views clearly?
