The flowprofiler® interpreter series will help you build capability and inhouse resources within your organisation. We offer learner a ‘choose your own adventure’ learning journey as they build the skills to adminster, interpret and utilse the flowprofiler® family of assessments.

Interpreter Training | Level 1 | Giving Feedback

In this 3 hour virtual workshop learners develop the skills to feedback the flowprofiler® reports to BPS (British Psychological Society) standards. Learners also are taught about test fairness, privacy and level 1 interpretation skills. This is a fun and interactive session.

What you can expect:

This 3 hour virtual workshop is fun, interactive and filled with opportunities for you to practice. Your fully certified facilitator will lead your session and provide you with a complete digital workbook to support your learning.

Pre-requisites:

You will have completed a flowprofiler® assessment and have had your
results fed back to you by a trained interpreter.

You will need to:

☆ have signed a flowprofiler® interpreter agreement.

Interpreter Training | Level 2 | Module A | Personal Development

In this workshop you will learn how to host meaningful 1:1 development sessions using the flowprofiler® development and management reports. This session is practical skills transfer training.

What you can expect:
